1. Press the "Invite new user" button.
2. A pop-up shows up:
3. Fill in e-mail adress
4. Select role in the drop down
5. If you select some of the roles, you need to define what "courses" the user should have access to.
6. Press the "Send invite"
The user then recieves an e-mail with a link to set a password.
If the user already am a club user for other venues, please advice them to be logged out from Sweetspot when pressing the invitation link
The link is active for 48 hours. If needed after 48 hours you can resend the invitation to the user.
3. Change role on club user
If you need to change role or access to different courses, click on the "role" of the user or the "courses" and do the necessary changes.
