Communicate with you members and guests with home club posts in the app and targeted emails.

As an admin you have two ways to communicate with your guests and members.
Home club posts and Emails to bookings.

 

Home club posts 

Use home club posts  when you want to communicate broadly to your members and guests alike. Published posts will appear in the mobile app and will be accessible for every player that visits your club. Below are some examples of how our existing customers are using this feature today; 
- Announce the opening of your venue
- Announce an upcoming tournament at your venue that will have an impact on tee times 
- Announce new membership and passes offerings
- Announce the course combination (27 holes rotating combination of 18+9)
- Anomalies at the venue such as a sudden damage,  temporary closed restaurant etc

Emails to bookings

In the emails to bookings feature you can target a segment of players that will be at your venue during a certain time frame and message them. Below are some examples of how our existing customers are using this feature today;
- Entry code to the simulator venue
- Warn about frost
- Reminder to perform arrival checks and repair ball marks/pitch marks
- Announce anomalies to players about the play the next day
- Announcements of beverage carts info or greenfee checks
