Configure/Connect Terminal

Heres a guide on how to connect your terminal. 

Prerequisites

Download ExtendaGO from the App Store before you begin.

Useful Codes

  • Settings access code: 1255 (can be changed later if needed)
  • Open the Settings menu: Press 9 and the green button simultaneously

Step 1: Connect the Terminal to WiFi

Connect the terminal to a WiFi network and verify that the connection works.

Step 2: Update the Terminal to the Latest Version

⏰ The first time you start the terminal, it will download and install several updates. This may take a while.

💡 Terminals update automatically every morning at 06:00. If needed, you can trigger an update manually via: Settings > Configurations > Update

Step 3: Set a Static IP (Optional)

Only required if your router uses a static IP configuration. Set and reserve the IP directly on the terminal.

Step 4: Display the QR Code

The QR code is used to connect the terminal to ExtendaGO.

If you're using a terminal other than the S1F2, press 9 and the green button at the same time to open the Settings menu.

To display the QR code:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select Device information
  3. Tap the blue QR circle
  4. The QR code will appear on screen

Once all the steps above are completed, the terminal is ready to be connected.

Connect the terminal once all the steps above are completed.
