Important booking information is displayed before payment confirmation. It is recommended to use this feature for temporary updates, such as frost conditions or early closures. |

This text will be part of both the confirmation and cancellation emails. |
| Timezone |
This should match the timezone of your course's location. Typically, this is configured when the course is initially set up. Avoid altering this once bookings have commenced. |
| Latitude |
Enter the latitude of your course. This information is utilized in the app for search functionality and for arrival registration for "golf course" types. |
| Longitude | Enter the longitude of your course. This information is utilized in the app for search functionality and for arrival registration for "golf course" types. |

Enter the VAT applicable to your tee times. |
2. Parameters

| Enable arrival registration for players in app |
This parameter is applicable solely to the "golf course" type. When enabled, players can register their arrival in the app if they are within 500 meters of the course. |
| Arrival registration should ONLY be enable for app user outside of opening hours |
Specifies whether players can register their arrival in the app solely when the reception is not open. The opening hours can be configured in the golf club settings. This parameter is applicable only if the "Enable arrival registration for players in app" parameter is set to OFF. |
| Last point of cancellation by player for confirmed bookings |
Choose an option ranging from "No cancellation" to 48 hours prior. If a player confirms a booking after the cancellation deadline has passed, they will have a 15-minute window to cancel. If "No cancellation via Sweetspot" is selected, users will still have a 15-minute grace period to cancel, allowing for any potential mistakes. This setting change will only impact future bookings. |
| Enable auto-cancellation of unconfirmed bookings |
It should be enabled, and then choose either 5 or 10 minutes. If a player does not complete the booking, it will be automatically canceled. |
| Enable auto-cancellation of unpaid bookings |
Choose a time frame from 5 minutes to 90 days; if a booking remains unpaid, it will be automatically canceled. This measure prevents players from reserving without payment. |
| Enable adding of anonymous players to booking |
Decides whether a player making a booking on the course can include anonymous players in the reservation. |
| Allow sign-up for free membership in booking |
This feature allows players to obtain a free membership at the club. To enable this, you must create a membership with no cost (set the pricing section in the membership card to 0). In the dropdown menu, choose the membership to be offered for free. For players accessing your club via the app or web booking without a membership, a light blue banner will appear, providing the option to become a free member. |
