Todo list

1. Download the Sweetspot app on your phone
2. Create a Sweetspot account
3. Go to “Modify golf course” and update “DISPLAY DAYS“ to 15 days (to open the tee sheet for players to book)
4. Make a booking
5. Go to Modify golf course and update DISPLAY DAYS to 0 days (to close the tee sheet so players can’t book)

Step 5 - Billing Settings

This step is a Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement from our payment provider and is necessary for processing payments

In club portal - Settings / Billing:

1. Create a billing account

Within Adyen Know Your Customer:

1. Insert Company details
2. Insert Decision makers - one controlling person & one signatory person
3. Insert Payout details
4. Sign the Services agreement

Purpose: We ensure everything is set up correctly. Moreover, this meeting provides an opportunity for you to raise any questions you may have.

STEP 8 - GO LIVE!!!

Finally Open the Club portal- Settings > Driving range > Range: Change the TIME SLOT VISIBILITY field from 0 days, to number of days of your choosing e.g. 90 days.

NOW YOU ARE LIVE - WELL DONE!
