ExtendaGO POS Onboarding Journey
Important Notice:
To ensure smooth operation, please follow these steps:
- Assign a static IP address to the designated router.
- Ensure the firewall is configured to allow terminal connections.
Each venue is responsible for this set up.
! For all Swedish customers - Please note that you need to register your POS terminal with Skatteverket

ExtendaGO will send you a file containing the information you need. If you haven't received it within two weeks, please feel free to contact us.

Pre requisite
- Download ExtendaGO in App Store
1. Connect the terminal to a WiFi network (and test that the connection is successful)

2. Update terminal to latest version
⏰ The first time the terminal is started it will download a series of updates to install. This might take a while.
💡 The terminals are updated automatically every morning 06.00, but can be forced to update earlier if needed through the terminal Settings > Configurations > Update
3. Set static IP & reserve IP on Terminal
4. Display the QR code from the terminal (Which will be used to connect terminal)

Connect the terminal once all the steps above are completed.
