Players Tab

Overview

1. Search player	Find a specific player associated with your club, whether they are a guest or a member.
2. Player filter	Apply filters to group players based on: Type of player Membership status Payment status of membership GIT members only (Swedish golf federation player ID) GIT membership status
3. Actions	Export player data Add external players
4. Columns	Utilize the filter options to display or conceal player information.

Search player

You can look up specific players using:

Phone number
Email
Name
Golf ID (Swedish Golf Federation player ID), or CDH (Scottish Golf Union player ID)

You can only search for players who are affiliated with your golf club, including members and guests.

Player filter

Utilize various filters to group players by:

Type of player: Members or Guests
Memberships
Payment status: Paid or Unpaid
GIT filters: GIT members only

Actions

Export players

Export all players to a CSV file. Use the "Player filter" to gather the players you wish to export. For instance, to export all players with a "Gold membership," apply the filter first, then proceed with the export. The system will only export the selected players. Upon clicking "Export players," an email will be automatically sent to the logged in user's email address.
