Information
This section provides detailed information about the player.
Example Note: Create a note for an individual player, like: "This player is eligible for a 30% discount on our buggies." This allows staff on duty to quickly see the note and apply the discount without needing further conversation.
You can also help customers update their email or phone details. To make changes, click in the designated box and input the new information.
Memberships
Browse and navigate through both current and past memberships.
Options: Oversee player memberships

| Assign Membership | Assign a specific membership to the player. |
| Mark as paid |
Choose this option to enable the membership. |
| Unassign membership |
Unselect memberships that remain inactive. |
| Lock membership |
The player will be unable to use the membership discount for bookings. |
| Cancel or Refund |
Select either to refund the membership or to cancel it. |
Voucher
This section outlines the vouchers allocated to the player.
You cannot assign or remove vouchers from this view. To perform these actions, please go to the "Vouchers" section.
Bookings
This section shows all the player's bookings.
Selecting the "Booking ID" will take you to the detailed booking information.
