1. Prerequisites
To use this pricing functionality, the setting "Dynamic Pricing" must be switch of under "Modify golf course": https://club.sweetspot.io/settings/edit-course
If you do not set prices on each slot, the price will be 0 and players will be able to book for free
A tee time period has to be created first.
2. Definitions
| FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
| Period | Weekly pricing periods will be created after you save changes - DO NOT save changes until you have set the generic prices for the week. USE "Apply button until you are certain. |
| Space | All your "spaces" will be shown here after you "Save changes" |
| Price | Is the base price of the tee time slot. So if you have an interval set in the tee time period to 60 min, the base price is for 60 minutes. |
| Price p/extra player | Defines the additional cost for each player that is added to the booking. |
| Apply | Use this button to prepare the changes that you do. Be sure to have updated all your prices with this button. |
| Save Changes | Use this when you are absolutely sure that your general weekly pricing is correctly set up. Because when you press this, new weekly pricing periods are created, and changes must be done within those periods. |
3. Set generic pricing for whole period - APPLY
For the whole period, use the apply-button as you set up the prices for all dates in the tee time period.
Do NOT USE - SAVE SETTINGS, until you are done.
1. Select the price and the price per player.
2. Then select the tee times that price should be apply to.
3. Press "Apply" button.
4. Different prices on weekends and evenings? Repeat step 1-3 but select only those tee times.
Below example, shows how to apply new pricing on tee times between 16:00-20:00.
Below example, changes the pricing on weekends.
4. Weekly pricing periods
Important - you are satisfied with the general pricing set above. Because after you press SAVE CHANGES, weekly pricing periods are created and no general changes can be done.
1. Press "Save Changes" and the weekly pricing period will be created.
2. Now you can go into the specific dates and change prices on individual spaces and times.
