Settings - modify golf club

This section covers the essential organization settings you need to configure when getting started, including details on how to complete both organizational and billing information.

1. Click the settings button located in the bottom left corner and select Golf club / modify golf club.

Golf club Name of the organization. 
Federation

The national federation of your country or region. Use this only if your club is affiliated with a federation, to facilitate integration for HCP and course details.

Name

The title of your organization (the top level of your organization).

Phone

The contact number for members and guests to reach you.

E-mail

An email address for members and guests to reach you.

Website

Provide your website URL

Terms & conditions

Provide a link to your website where you outline your organization's terms and conditions for conducting business, such as tee times, memberships, and lessons.

Description

Provide a comprehensive overview of your organization.

Activate scorecard printing via OnTag

When this setting is enabled, scorecards can be printed from the booking window. However, your club must be integrated with OnTag to utilize this feature.

Display all players' names in a booking

 
Opening hours

This feature is applicable only if you permit players to register their arrival after the designated opening hours.

Discount calculation - apply voucher discount

You have two options here: decide whether the voucher discount is applied before or after the membership discount.
