1. Create a new period
To set up a new tee time period, start by choosing the correct venue in the top-left, and then use the “Create new” button.
Good to know:
- A tee time period can only be one month long
- When a booking has been made within a period, the period cannot be deleted. With this in mind, think through the first/last tee time carefully, as it cannot be changed afterwards.
Fill in the information from left to right;
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
Name | Recommended month-name & year |
From date | Starting date for the period |
To date | last date of the period |
First time starts | First tee time of the day begins |
Last time starts | Last tee time starts e.g. 18:00, if you have 60 minutes interval and you close your simulator venue at 19:00. |
Interval | Select how many minutes it is between your tee times e.g. simulators generally have 60 min golf courses have between 8 & 15 min |
Slots | For golf courses usually 4 slots per tee time. For other typs like simulator and ranges insert 1 slot. |
Category | Choose the tee time category. Usually when a new period is created the category OPEN or CLOSED is choosen. |
Golf-id required | This checkbox is only to be used for swedish golf clubs connected to the Swedish Golf Federation to be able to restrict players to be connected to them. |
Prime time | Check this in if you want the tee times to be marked with the Prime Time star. This is mainly used after a period is created. |
2. Recurring changes - basic
Initially when you are creating new tee time periods, it is as a preparation for the new season.
Now it is time to fill in your tee sheet with:
- Prime Time
- Competitions
- Events
See the below picture on how to fill the period with weekend prime times:
After you press the "Save" button, the changes will be displayed in the log below
(The logs at the bottom shows the changes made during the selected period, shown in
chronological order.)
Reoccurring competition - every tuesday between 09:00-12:00, see example
3. Schedule changes
The scheduling feature is a very powerful tool, as automated changes can be setup using this tool.
Examples when to use this function:
- Prioritising tee times to specified customers
(Setup a tee time category that only membership X can book 7 days ahead, and then change to open 72 h before) - Change from open to closed
(e.g. disable same day booking - schedule a change the day before to closed)
The picture below shows how you schedule a change:
and after pressing "Save" it will show up under the "Period changes" as a scheduled activity:
