-
Set up your shop
Create the basic structure of your shop, including name, address, and settings. This information is used across POS, receipts, and reports. -
Configure VAT rates
Set up the VAT rates you use so prices, receipts, and reports are calculated correctly according to local tax rules. -
Create categories
Organize your products into categories and sub-categories to make them easy to find and sell in the POS.
-
Create products
Add the products you want to sell, including prices, VAT, and category placement. These will appear in the POS app. -
(Optional) Set up gift cards
Enable gift cards or vouchers if you want to sell prepaid value to your customers.
GOPOS APP
-
Connect payment terminal
Pair your payment terminal with the POS so you can accept card payments directly in the checkout flow.
-
Make your first sale and close the day
Complete a test sale and run end-of-day closing to confirm everything is set up correctly and ready for live operation.
Follow the steps above in order. Each step links to a detailed guide.
If something doesn’t work, return to the step where it is configured.
